Browser tool inputs

The free tools perform cover calculations, ISBN SVG generation, scoped royalty estimation, supported image-density metadata changes and selected static PDF page cropping in your browser. Their book settings, ISBN inputs, input files and generated results are not uploaded by these tools. Downloading saves a copy using your browser. Copying uses your browser’s clipboard; if clipboard access fails, you can copy the selected text manually where provided.

The Shopify CSV image-expansion tool processes CSV data and image URL text locally without fetching those image URLs or uploading the CSV. The Amazon box-label and FNSKU tools process selected PDFs and supplied item data locally. Free and optional paid export use the same local processing path.

Optional calculation links

Sharing a calculation is optional. A share link contains the selected numeric settings and tool options. Opening that link sends its query parameters as part of the normal website request, so recipients, browser history and hosting logs may contain those settings. File contents, file names, order references, buyer emails and private project labels are excluded from these links. File-dependent tools share settings only; you must select the source file again.

Optional analytics

We reuse an existing Google Analytics property to measure visits only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Until then, this site does not load the Google Analytics tag. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. You can change it using the Analytics preferences control.

Analytics receives the canonical page address without query parameters or fragments, a fixed page title, and the referring site’s origin. We do not send tool inputs, files or results. Google Analytics uses cookies when enabled. Choosing “No thanks” disables this site’s tag and removes its analytics cookies where accessible.

Hosting and external links

The hosting service receives normal website requests, including network information such as your IP address. Its operational logging is separate from optional Google Analytics. We do not claim that all hosting logs are disabled. Following an official KDP or other external link is subject to that site’s own privacy practices.

Messages you send to support

If you email support@filepreplab.com, your email address, message and any attachments are separately shared with FilePrepLab to handle that request. Browser-only processing does not mean that an attachment you choose to email remains local. Send only the details needed to explain the problem; avoid payment-card details, identity documents or a full manuscript.

You can use the same address for privacy questions about information you sent. A support message does not subscribe you to marketing email. No fixed deletion deadline is promised on this page.

Payments, file delivery and signup

The introductory free Beta file download has ended. This website has no customer account or newsletter signup form. Payment details are entered on Waffo’s separate hosted checkout, not in the browser tools. Order references and buyer email may be used to verify payment, deliver the purchased file privately and handle support or refunds. A support or purchase email does not subscribe you to marketing email.

For private file delivery, our server checks the corresponding order and payment record with Waffo before releasing a file. An existing buyer can submit an order number and payment email for verification. We use a signed, secure browser cookie for this delivery session; it expires after 24 hours, and the receipt can be verified again. This cookie does not create an account or subscribe you to email. We have not added a separate customer database for this process. Payment verification and delivery requests use the hosting service described above.

Optional Shopify and Amazon batch-tool purchases are verified separately from the PSD files and from each other. Their order-restore requests send the order number and payment email, not CSV data, image URLs or label files. Each tool uses its own signed, secure delivery-session cookie for up to 24 hours and requests a fresh payment check before a paid export. A refund or an unverified payment does not grant paid export access.
