File delivery
Files are released only after a completed payment has been verified for the correct product. A failed or canceled payment does not release a file. A return to this page does not confirm payment or authorize a download.
For a missing or unreadable file, a duplicate charge, cancellation or refund request, email support@filepreplab.com with your order reference. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
